- Factory blue finish with fire blue small parts and
checkered hard rubber grips. The parts are matched by a separate
assembly number (307) which is present on the frame, crane,
cylinder release, side-plate, and scratched inside each of
the original hard rubber grips.
Colt Factory Letter indicates this revolver was shipped
with a blue finish, hard rubber stocks, 3" barrel and was
shipped to Colt's Patent Fire Arms Manufacturing Company,
San Francisco Agency, San Francisco, California on April 24,
1890, one of 24 guns in the shipment.
